线程池配置

配置项	类型	默认值	说明
core-pool-size	Integer	1	核心线程数
max-pool-size	Integer	1	最大线程数
queue-length	Integer	200	等待队列长度
keep-alive-seconds	Integer	20	超过队列长度的存活时间（秒）
thread-name-prefix	String	customThread-	线程名称前缀（需控制长度，15字符内为佳，否则log打印不全）
